Configuration¶
Most of a running Obarun system is configured exactly as the Arch Wiki describes. The pages here cover only what differs, plus the few Obarun packages that ship their own defaults.
-
GRUB
The one change every Obarun boot entry needs, and where to make it.
-
Syslinux
The same change, for
syslinux.cfg. -
Consoles and tty12
Why
tty@tty12is special, and why root cannot log in on it. -
Boot output
Send boot messages to the console, and control how much of them there is.
-
Shell
Obarun defaults to zsh, with a configuration of its own.
-
Printing
CUPS, and the 66 service that runs it.
